1. Services Provided

Aqua Blocks, LLC specializes in custom concrete pool construction, outdoor living enhancements, and pool remodeling, including:

Custom in-ground concrete pools

Outdoor living areas (hardscaping, decking, fire features, etc.)

Pool renovation and remodeling

All services are performed by our in-house team—no subcontractors—and are subject to a signed written agreement before any work begins.

2. Estimates & Proposals

Initial estimates are non-binding and based on information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing may change due to site conditions, design changes, or material availability. Confirmed pricing will be provided in the signed project agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Work begins only after a signed contract and initial deposit are received. Payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may cause delays or penalties.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom and material-specific nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once materials are purchased or construction has started. Cancellations prior to work commencement may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may involve administrative or restocking fees.

5. Warranty

Aqua Blocks provides a limited workmanship warranty, detailed in your project agreement. Warranty coverage may vary based on materials, project scope, and external equipment.

6. Website Use
